A Place were I can archive every project that did not get off the ground in some capacity.
Right now things will be presented as a list but when I have a larger amount of projects with a lot of detail,
I will make individual pages for each project.
Film pitch I had that I barely was able to develope about a family who adopts a baby kaiju monster.
It would be a live action family film ala Harry and the hendersons.
I originally wanted to make this for an embarssing reason.
I wasn't happy with the types of stories coming out from IDW's Godzilla comics, not saying their bad but they felt samey.
And this thought spread to other forms of non Japanese Kaiju media, I was comparing them to some of the wilder Manga stories,
or even various Kaiju anime, movies and tv shows.
So as much as I wanted to make my own horror Kaiju project or even pitch a Godzilla Horror movie, I did also want to contribute on the American/Canadian side
A Kaiju project that doesn't feel samey, that isn't just a roland emmerich disaster movie paint with just military grunt protags and etc.
But I wasn't the only one to feel that way and Ultraman Rising came out with a very unique premise involving that movie's Ultraman taking care of a baby Kaiju.
And So while I also had a movie idea about a Baby kaiju, Ultraman Rising beat me to the punch and Im very happy it did since its an answer to my own issues
With north american Kaiju media and it did a story exactly what I wanted to see with my own premise (granted with some major differences), I decided that
I don't need to make this project a reality cause someone else already did and I had too many other project ideas anyways, though it would have been fun to pitch.
